The Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF), which oversees the activities of the FASB and GASB in the US, has issued its annual report for 2010. The report, whose format resembles that of a public company, contains reviews of the actions of both Boards, management 's discussion and analysis of the FAF's activities, and audited financial statements.
