EFRAG has issued a feedback statement reflecting input received in the EFRAG - UK ASB - OIC event on the discussion papers 'Business Combinations Under Common Control' and 'Improving Financial Reporting of Income Tax'.
The objective of this outreach event was to obtain input from constituents. EFRAG, the OIC and the UK ASB were keen to hear what practitioners and others thought about the topics considered in these discussion papers.
The outreach event was conducted by presenting the main topics analysed within the discussion papers to the audience bringing together preparers, users and practitioners.
Participants were requested to express their views in response to the questions included in the discussion papers.
This feedback report has been prepared by the EFRAG secretariat for the convenience of European constituents. EFRAG TEG and the Boards will consider this input together with comment letters received on the discussion papers.
